The whole beachside estate is in the bush, in a QUIET gated estate 220m to beach. Foxtel, child friendly. Kids cot and highchair included.
The house is on one level, no stairs (ex to Laundry below), ramp access, undercover parking, Weber BBQ, large 42in. TV & DVD/CD player. Very comfy Queen size beds, afternoon sun. Very tranquil location. Suit families or couple(s) seeking a peaceful escape. No through traffic in street, perfect for children and bikes. Ramp to front door access for wheelchairs.
